New Hampshire has no specific law regarding the limitations of concealed firearms on college and university campuses. Over the last 14 years, the New Hampshire Legislature has proposed bills to allow guns on campus, but they have been defeated or tabled. The University System of New Hampshire absolutely prohibits weapons on any property owned, controlled, or operated by the System Office.
As of March 26, 2024, no public or private university permits concealed guns on campus grounds or in buildings.
