Laws Concerning Carrying Concealed Firearms on Campus in Hawaii

On June 2, 2023, Governor Green signed HB 1230 (Act 52) , which prohibits the carrying of firearms on the campus or premises of any public or private community college, college, or university, and adjacent parking areas, including buildings, classrooms, laboratories, research facilities, artistic venues, and athletic fields or venues.
